Just as the keyboard allows one to enter commands into the computer, and the mouse to deliberately change location where you want to type or to launch a file, speech is a new dimension of interface control that focuses on commands, not location.

If you are regularly creating lots of new content for your website, you should explore Windows Speech Recognition. You can use this program and then simply copy any word content into the 'Content Manager' window of your website. Always first copy any content into the 'Text Cleanser' box at the bottom of the Content Manager page to remove any code that may be embedded in the text.
