Answer Box Options

Here you can choose what kind of answer box fits the question you're asking your visitor who is completing your Form questions.
 
You can change the answer boxes in the Edit A Form section.
 
Collecting Names: Use the drop down menu to select 'First Name'. This will allow you to send an email addressing the person by their name.
Collecting Email Addresses: Use the dropdown to select 'Email Address'. This will allow you to send email messages to visitors who have entered their email.
Single Line Box: Used for collecting names, telephone numbers, and any other short answers.

Multi-Line Box: Used for collecting longer answers, such as comments, stories, or articles.
Dropdown List: The visitor can select 1 answer from this list.
Radio Buttons: The visitor can select 1 answer, similar to dropdown menu, except all answers are shown to the visitor instead of in a menu.

File Upload: Allows the visitor to upload one file which you can view or download when viewing the data collected from your form.
Check Boxes: Allows the visitor to select multiple answers.

Provinces: This is a dropdown menu containing all Canadian provinces.
States: This is a dropdown menu containing all U.S. states.
Provinces & States: This is a dropdown menu containing all Canadian provinces and U.S. states.
