 How To Track Emails


Display Images To track your email message's open and click rates you need to send the email out as an HTML message and your Recipients need to click on the 'Display Images Link' as marked below with a red arrow. This link varies based on the email provider.
 
To do this you should include a note in your email saying "To view this email properly, click on the link to display all images". Plain Text Messages cannot track open and click rates and can only contain text.
