Creating A Mailing List

A mailing list is a collection of email addresses that you can send an email message to. A mailing list can contain anywhere from 1 to 5000 email addresses.

You can create a form to collect names and email addresses and automatically create a mailing list to store them. To see how to do this, click here.

The instructions below will show you how to create a mailing list and insert emails into it.

1. Title: Enter a Title for your Mailing List. This is only seen by you and used to identify the Mailing List when sending a message.

2. Insert: Click the 'Insert' button.

1. Subscribers: To add Emails to a Mailing List, click on the 'Mailing List' Title in the table to the right.

2. Import Emails: To Import Emails into your Mailing List from a .TXT or .CSV file on your computer, click 'Choose File'. The Emails you collect through a form are Exported to a .CSV file.

3. Select List: Locate the file on your computer and click on it.

4. Select List: Click the 'Open' button.

1. Update: To insert the emails, click the 'Update' button.

Inserting Emails Method 2: Insert Manual

1. Enter Emails: To manually enter emails to your Mailing List, type or paste each email address on its own separate line, or separate addresses by commas, into the box.

Example:
 myles@gmail.com
stewie@website.com
lee@hotmail.com

2. Update: To insert the Emails, click the 'Update' button.

Inserting Emails Method 2: Insert Manually

1. Email Addresses: The email addresses you have inserted into your Mailing List will appear in this table.

2. First Name: If your mailing list was created using an Income Activator form with a 'First Name' field, the visitor's first name will appear here.
You can also manually add the person's Name, Telephone, and Company information by clicking the 'Edit' link.

3. Bounced: When you send a message to this mailing list and an email address fails to receive your message, it will be marked as bounced. You may want to review these email addresses to see if there are any spelling mistakes. You can correct mistakes by clicking the 'Edit' link.

4. Un-Subscribed:  When someone un-subscribes from your mailing list, they will be marked here.

5. Edit: You can also manually add the person's Name, Telephone, and Company information by clicking the 'Edit' link.
